*For the month of Nov. 2008 all sewer inspections are $175.00 plus tax. Included in the inspection will be either a VCR or DVD (our choice). You will receive this copy to keep. If there are any locations in your sewer line that need to be annotated these spots will be marked in the field. This is a great way to look at your line or verify other work that has been done or may need to be done. It is worth noting that we do not use our cameras to unclog sewer lines. If your line has roots or portions that our camera cannot get through we will advise you a cleaning may be required. To qualify for this price you must have the following:

1. A cleanout cap that has been removed. By this is we mean your cleanout cap has been removed recently and we can get it off with reasonable effort.
2. The payment is due at the time of service by cash or check or credit card
3. No inspections will be conducted from the vent stack on the roof or under structures to include crawl spaces. These will be done at our normal rate of $225.00 plus tax assuming we can get to the vent stack or under the house.
4. A 2 to 3 day notice to schedule the appointment as we need a day to pull your current sewer card if it is available.
